Once a digital course, eBook, or membership is purchased, refunds are generally not provided due to the immediate access granted to our exclusive content, materials, and community.
We encourage all students and entrepreneurs to review course details, curriculum, and sample lessons before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions (Partial Refund Eligibility)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for the same course or membership, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
Technical Access Issue: If you are unable to access a course or product due to a verified technical error on our platform (and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days).
Pre-Order Courses: For upcoming or pre-launch programs, cancellation and refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase or before course access is granted, whichever is earlier.

3. Mentorship & Live Sessions
For mentorship programs, live coaching sessions, or business consultations:
Once the first session is attended or access to resources is granted, no refund is applicable.
If you cancel before your first scheduled session, you may be eligible for a 50% refund to cover administrative costs.
4. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products (eBooks, templates, mockups, automation files, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
5. Course Bundle Offers
If you purchase a bundle or lifetime package, refunds are not permitted once access is granted to even one included course, due to discounted bundled pricing.

Provide your order ID, registered email, and reason for your request.
Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
